You'll begin the evening with a welcome oyster and beer pairing. From there, one of Moody Tongue's brewers will take you behind the scenes in the working brewery, where you'll touch and smell the hops and grain that go into the beer. You'll receive an exclusive Beli x Moody Tongue glass that's yours to take home, and along the way you'll get a pairing of a seasonal beer with a Blueberry Butter Crumble Cookie. When the tour wraps, your table will be waiting at The Bar, starting with a complimentary pour of Moody Tongue's new Sweet Cherry Saison.

Note: Everything else you order at The Bar (food, drinks, and a slice of the Beli-exclusive Vanilla Honey Layered Cake, if you'd like one) is à la carte, and each table is responsible for its own bill.

Join Beli founders Judy and Eliot Frost and fellow Beli members for a one-night experience at Moody Tongue, where you'll get an inside look at one of the most acclaimed breweries in the world before continuing your evening at The Bar. For the occasion, Moody Tongue will debut a new beer from their Farmers' Market Series: a Sweet Cherry Saison brewed with cherries from Klug Farm in St. Joseph, Michigan — poured complimentary when you sit down at The Bar. The Moody Tongue team is also debuting a dessert especially for Beli: a Vanilla Honey Layered Cake with Sweet Corn Custard and Stone Fruit, inspired by their signature 12 Layer German Chocolate Cake.

Founded in 2014 by cousins Jared Rouben (President & Brewmaster) and Jeremy Cohn (CEO), Moody Tongue Brewing Company is built on the philosophy of culinary brewing — creating balanced beers with a chef's mindset and layers of flavor and aroma. For this Beli Supper Club event, guests will tour the working brewery before settling in at The Bar — home to seasonal à la carte plates and the brewery's famous 12 Layer German Chocolate Cake.
