Come hang out with Beli founders Judy and Eliot Frost and fellow Beli members for an evening built around the two things we love most: great food and the people who love it. James Beard “Best Chef: Great Lakes” (2025) finalist and Chef-Partner Erling Wu-Bower will also be there to connect with Beli members and share the story behind the Maxwells menu.

The team at Maxwells Trading has curated a cocktail reception featuring a sampling of their most-loved menu items, including Suzuki Tartare, Griddle Bread & Dunks, Prosciutto & Gnocco Fritto and more — along with natural wine and cocktails, all available to enjoy throughout the evening.

Led by James Beard Award “Best Chef: Great Lakes” (2025) finalists Erling Wu-Bower and Chris Jung, the menu blends Asian influences with deeply American traditions, reflecting the chefs' personal backgrounds and the seasonal bounty harvested from the rooftop above.
