These terms ("Program Terms") govern the Beli Ambassador Program (the "Program"). By participating, you agree to these Program Terms and to Beli's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If these Program Terms conflict with the Terms of Service, these Program Terms control the Program.
1. Sponsor
The Program is sponsored by Beli Inc. ("Beli," "we," "us"), 30 West 21st Street, New York, NY 10010. Questions: support@beliapp.com.
2. Eligibility
During the current pilot, the Program is open only to people Beli invites directly. To participate as a referrer, you must have received an invitation from Beli, be a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, be at least 18 years old, be currently enrolled at a US college or university, hold a Beli account in good standing, and complete the Program entry form at beliapp.com/beli-ambassador-entry-form.
Employees, contractors, and agents of Beli, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible to earn rewards.
Each person may hold only one Beli account and participate once. Rewards earned through multiple accounts will be voided.
The Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. How the Program Works
Eligible users receive a unique referral link or code in the Beli app.
You may share your link with people you know personally, through your own messaging, email, social accounts, or by triggering invites in the Beli app. Beli does not automatically send invitations to your contacts on your behalf.
Progress is measured in points: each Qualified Referral (defined below) is 1 point, and the Instagram Bio Bonus (Section 4A) is 2 points. Rewards unlock at the point totals in Section 5.
Beli's records are the official count of Qualified Referrals and points.
4. Qualified Referrals
A referral is a "Qualified Referral" only if all of the following are true:
The referred person is new to Beli and has never previously created a Beli account on any device, including accounts that were later deleted.
The referred person signs up using your unique invite link or code.
The referred person meets the age and eligibility requirements of Beli's Terms of Service.
The referred account is not your own, is not a duplicate or fake account, and was not obtained through any method prohibited in Section 8.
Referrals made before launch. All Qualified Referrals count toward rewards, with no cap, including referrals you made with your invite link before the Program launched on October 17, 2026. Beli may review any referral before counting it, and may reverse a Qualified Referral that is later found not to meet these requirements.
4A. Instagram Bio Bonus
What counts. A link to your own Beli profile in the bio of the Instagram account you listed on the Program entry form earns 2 points (the "Instagram Bio Bonus"). The Instagram Bio Bonus can be earned once per person.
Verification. Beli verifies the link and may check it at any time.
Keeping the link up. The Instagram Bio Bonus counts only while the link remains in your bio. If the link is removed, the 2 points are removed from your total going forward.
Rewards already earned. Physical rewards that have already been shipped are yours to keep. If removing the link drops your total below a tier, Beli may remove in-app credits or badges unlocked at that tier.
Not a referral. Instagram Bio Bonus points are not Qualified Referrals. They do not earn referral credits, do not unlock features in the Beli app, and are not shown in the app.
5. Rewards
Rewards are earned at the following cumulative point totals:
3 → Two Extra in-app Credits + an in-app Creator Badge
5 → Beli Sticker Pack
15 → Beli T-shirt
35 → Beli Hat
100 → Crewneck Sweatshirt
500 → Dinner at a restaurant of your choice in your college town for you and a friend ($250 limit)
5000 → Dinner with Beli Founders @ a Top Rated NYC Restaurant
Grand Prize → a paid summer internship at Beli for the participant with the most points when the Program ends (see Section 7)
Rewards stack. For example, reaching 15 points earns the in-app credits, the Creator Badge, the sticker pack, and the T-shirt. Each reward is earned once per person.
Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other items, or transferred or sold.
In-app credits have no cash value and are not transferable, but can be used to unlock additional features in the Beli app.
Physical reward designs, colors, and sizes are subject to availability. If a reward is unavailable, Beli may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
Physical rewards are available while supplies last. Beli may limit the total number of rewards issued.
6. Claiming, Delivery, and Experience Rewards
Physical rewards
When you reach a physical reward tier, we will contact you by email for a valid US shipping address and size. If you don't respond within 60 days, the reward is forfeited.
We will make reasonable efforts to ship rewards within 6–8 weeks of receiving your details. Beli pays standard US shipping and is not responsible for rewards that are lost, stolen, damaged, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address or carrier error.
We do not ship to addresses outside the United States.
Digital rewards
In-app credits and badges are added to your account automatically and remain subject to Beli's Terms of Service.
Experience rewards (500 and 5000 points)
Travel, lodging, transportation, and all other expenses are not included unless Beli agrees otherwise in writing.
For dinner rewards, Beli pays for food and drinks up to the stated value, including tax and tip. Any amount above the stated value is your responsibility. Alcohol is available only to guests 21 or older with valid ID, at Beli's discretion. The college-town dinner covers you and one guest; the dinner with Beli Founders covers you only. Beli may pay the restaurant directly.
The dinner with Beli Founders is scheduled based on their availability. If it cannot be scheduled within 6 months of qualifying, Beli may substitute a dinner with another Beli team member or an alternative reward of equal or greater value.
Experience rewards must be scheduled within 12 months of qualifying or they are forfeited.
Beli may ask to photograph or share your experience. Participating in any photos or posts is optional and happens only with your consent.
7. Grand Prize: Summer Internship
Who wins. The participant with the most points—with a minimum of 2000 points—when the Program ends (the "Grand Prize Winner") will be offered a paid summer internship at Beli. Beli sets the Program end date in its discretion and will announce it in the app or by email.
Ties. If two or more participants have the same point total, the one who reached that total first wins.
Verification. Before confirming the Grand Prize Winner, Beli will review their points, including Qualified Referrals and any Instagram Bio Bonus, under Sections 4, 4A, and 9. Points that do not qualify are removed before the winner is determined.
Eligibility. The Grand Prize Winner must meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2 when the Program ends and when the internship begins, and must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
The internship. The internship is currently planned as a paid, in-person role at Beli's New York office. Its timing, duration, duties, compensation, and location are set by Beli and may change based on business needs or applicable employment requirements.
Hiring conditions. The offer is conditional on completing Beli's standard hiring process, which may include interviews, employment paperwork, verification of work authorization, and any other requirements Beli applies to interns. Beli may withdraw the offer if these steps are not completed or requirements are not met.
Employment terms. Once accepted, the internship is governed by the offer letter and Beli's employment policies, not these Program Terms. Internship compensation is paid as wages and is subject to standard tax withholding. The internship does not guarantee future employment.
Travel and housing. Travel, relocation, and housing are not included unless Beli agrees otherwise in writing.
No substitution. The Grand Prize cannot be transferred, deferred, or exchanged for cash or any other prize. If the Grand Prize Winner declines, cannot be reached within 14 days, or does not meet these conditions, Beli may offer the internship to the participant with the next-highest point total or choose not to award it.
8. Sharing Rules and Required Disclosure
Disclose your reward. Whenever you share your referral link publicly (for example on social media, a blog, or video), you must clearly disclose that you may receive rewards from Beli, such as "#ad," "#BeliPartner," or "I get Beli merch if you sign up." The disclosure must be easy to notice and appear with the link, not only in a profile or hidden in hashtags.
Be honest. Do not make false or misleading statements about Beli, the Program, or the rewards, and do not imply you are employed by or speak for Beli.
You may not:
Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or messages to people you do not know.
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to share links or create accounts.
Post your link on coupon, deal, rebate, or referral-exchange sites or forums.
Buy search or social ads that use "Beli" or similar terms, or that direct to your referral link.
Offer anything of value (money, gifts, or a share of your rewards) to get people to sign up.
Create accounts for yourself or others, or use fake, temporary, or duplicate emails or phone numbers.
Ask anyone to rate or review the Beli app in an app store in exchange for using your link.
You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to how you share, including anti-spam and advertising disclosure laws.
9. Fraud and Disqualification
Beli may, in its sole discretion and without notice, withhold or revoke rewards, reverse Qualified Referrals, remove points, reset point totals, or suspend or terminate your participation or account if we believe you have violated these Program Terms, the Terms of Service, or the law, or have acted fraudulently or in bad faith. Our decisions on eligibility, Qualified Referrals, and rewards are final. If a reward was shipped based on referrals later found to be invalid, Beli may require its return or charge its retail value.
10. Privacy
Beli collects and uses information about referrers and referred users, including referral links used, sign-up dates, qualifying activity, and shipping details, to run the Program, prevent fraud, and fulfill rewards, as described in our Privacy Policy. Shipping information is used only to deliver rewards and is shared only with our fulfillment provider.
11. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes associated with rewards you receive. Beli may ask for tax information, such as a Form W-9, from participants whose rewards in a calendar year reach the IRS reporting threshold, and may hold the reward until it is provided.
12. Changes and Termination
Beli sets the Program end date in its discretion and will announce it in the app or by email. Beli may modify, suspend, or end the Program, or change these Program Terms, rewards, or tier thresholds, at any time. We will post changes in the app and update the "Last updated" date above. Changes apply going forward; if we end the Program, we will honor rewards for tiers you fully reached before the end date, subject to availability and Section 5. Points toward a tier you had not yet reached will not be rewarded. Continued participation after changes means you accept them.
13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Program and rewards are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beli is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Program, and Beli's total liability related to the Program will not exceed the retail value of the rewards you have earned. Beli is not responsible for technical failures, tracking errors, or interruptions that prevent a referral from being recorded. Nothing in these Program Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Program Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are resolved as set out in the dispute resolution section of Beli's Terms of Service.
